just tried on my first binder, and ive gotta say putting it on's way easier than taking it off for me💀 i thought i was stuck for a second. now i'm just practicing taking it on and off. hoping i loosen it up a tiny bit to make it easier and also get used to the chest compression

This is another question I wanna ask: how would you wash the binder? I mean it in the respect of making sure the binder does not shrink, and therefore makes it dangerous for me to wear.

Wash on delicate and hang it up to dry. That’s what I do and I believe that is what gc2b recommends

I'm really knew with binding and your video helped me so much. With a shirt (or something similar) it's much easier to put on and, being a big chested person, it helps a lot because the half binder stays in place all the time, a little less in the front for obvious reasons. So, thanks again.

how i put on a binder: (my binder has hooks like a bra bdw) 1. put it over the right shoulder and head 2. hook it underneath my left arm how i take it off: 1."scrunch" it up till its well in my underarm 2. sit down and inbody the posture of a shrimp 3. pull it off over my head

I'm not trans but I absolutely want to wear a binder... my family didn't want bc they think it's not for me.. I would like my chest to be flat and I have not found any other alternative than to wear a binder Do you think that I can to wear one even if I'm not trans ? 😭😭 I'm really sad about what my family said to me...

I'm sorry you're in pain, there is a lot of misinformation about. A binder is just a garment, humans have been binding their chest for a variety of reasons throughout time. Bras are still a method of binding! All sorts of people chose to wear them, trans and cis. Sometimes it's comfort, fashion, cosplay etc. For trans people, they may have a deeper gender significance, but that doesn't mean others can't wear them too! Just listen to your body and follow best practice guidelines.

I hope this isn't a silly question, but should you wear a layer under the binder? Or can it be worn against the skin?

You can wear a thin layer beneath it to help wick away sweat. Just be wary of overheating, and make sure you get the correct size 😁

i got my first one today, and i was full on having a breakdown when i tried it on over my t shirt bc i couldn’t get it off, and it was the one time my dad walked into my room (im hiding it from my parents) and i couldn’t just yank it off bc i was stuck😭😭

My binder is too firm to come off like that 😭 argggh I just got my first one and it's very frustrating because it doesn't bind how I'd like it to, and it's hard to put on and take off (it's the right size) I was really excited because it seemed like it'd be good but it was a bummer I really wish this would've worked for me but I guess I need a more stretchy binder

Would the ones with zippers/clasps be easier for you to use? I know there are some other downsides to them, but even with my full strength I can't get out of mine so I can't even imagine how hard it would be for you

Hi. Does wearing a binder eventually make someones breasts smaller? I want to wear one but i only want my chest to be smaller for as many hours as im using it. Is that how it works?

It won't make breasts smaller, it only gives the appearance of a flatter chest. Some lifestyle changes can decrease the size of your chest, but the only definite option is a surgical route.

@@taes_potato1632 you could seriously fuck up your ribs, you're not supposed to sleep in them at all and longest you should probably wear them for is 8-10 hours, there's a bunch of health concerns n shit with literally compressing your chest but as long as you do it safely you'll be fine
