Sir, if one end negatively charges, and the other end positively is called a polar molecule, but DNA has a negative charge only, so how does DNA become a polar molecule? And where are the positive charges in DNA? Please explain?

@abhishekbanerjee2359 bro I think if mg2+ is present in DNA then DNA becomes neutral because then water cannot interact with DNA and also Na+ cannot interact with DNA during DNA extraction to neutralize DNA for precipitation. I think another reason for DNA polar molecule.
