@Simply-Miraculous If your not in a hurry (such as emergencies, etc) I recommended watching the video fully because she said like SO MUCH, it makes me feel better so I think and hope that it would make you feel better as well (sorry I know it was long time ago tho.. )

@@kaylastropicxoxo1740 do a very short workout. Today I did one called something like lazy girl 7 minute workout and it’s a great start😁😁😁

@@kaylastropicxoxo1740 start with short workouts like a 10 minute walk or a workout video on KZfaq and slowly increase the time such as a 30 min walk. Or make a workout goal for that week like for example “im gonna jump rope for 15 minutes everyday this week” hope this helped in some wayy ! :)))

“Females who put on makeup received higher grades” I’m afraid that’s not a positive statistic... I too enjoy putting makeup on when I feel like it, but I fear that statistic is not because some women feel better with makeup on, but because some people are judging women depending on whether they have makeup on or not

Well, let's logically think about this for a minute. It's true wearing makeup can boost and enhance your self esteem, but makeup does not cover proactivity. To get high grades, you need to be proactive to ask any questions you need clarity on. You need to be proactive to take down notes. You need to be proactive to wake up and show up on time. Wearing makeup only makes you feel and look good. It has nothing to do with logic. When you're focused too much on what others think what you look like on the outside, then you aren't serious about getting high education for yourself. There's a reason why the nerd that don't wear makeup are always high achievers. It is because they are focused on improving their intelligence not beauty. If your goal is to be smart, instead of looking pretty or good, then you obviously are going to eventually get high grades.

My guy, makeup doesnt directly be related to studying/ academics for it to be associated. Makeup improves self esteem and self esteem is associated with higher academic achievement. You need to be confident and believe in yourself as you progress through academics to not second guess yourself and have it take away from your productivity

@@10secviolation You looking better might make the (male) teachers favor you more tho, and give you higher grades as a result. Idk, it just seems a bit suspicious to me, especially since, for example, some jobs (that have nothing to do with looks) require women to wear makeup. How does that make sense? I feel like whether someone wears makeup or not can still lead to discrimination

Hi, i just saw your comment and honestly i dont know how to make a person feel warm when you barely know them, but one thing im sure of is that you will find someone one day who you can be yourself with, you will find someone to share your pain as well as your happiness. We're stuck in a world where all the human beings are going through something and it feels like there is nothing we can do about it but trust me, things will get better. It has to and it will. Please never feel like youre not good enough for yourself because i know there are excellent things youve done in your life which probably you dont remember cause we, humans tend to focus on our flaws and short comings. Im so sorry that you had to go through molestation. I pray that you muster up the courage to go through it and live your life by your own means cause you deserve the world. Youre precious. Remember that.

Hi uh i suck at making people feel better but it's gonna get better school ends really soon so just hang in there yk covid well u can't rlly change it.. but don't look at the news they always make things sad and your friends well uh idk what to do about that but your friends are your friends for a reasons haha so just tell them unless u know for a fact u cannot trust them lol anyways I hope that somehow helped lol have a nice day random stranger ♡

I was the younger sister in this situation and trust me, just start cleaning up ur mess and tell them to clean their mess and like play music and have a dance party as ur cleaning it with them or something and then like give them him when ur done or something lol that’s what worked for me

Alright. I have been doing all of these for two months now and I have improved so much!! According to my progress pictures I have lose some weight and when I show them to people they say they see it too. My ‘mental health’ has also improved and my grades are higher. And my progress makes me really happy (:

i just finished my exams, i didnt perform as well as i thought i did even though i studied really hard i realised i wasnt consistent ive been trying to get back into my productivity, things like skincare and working out is extremely difficult for me when i am in a rut but i keep pushing myself and right now im honestly unmotivated but trying to instill discipline instead of doing short motivation burst anyways!! just found this channel and its really inspiring

The counting down method, I use it too but I didn't know other people did! It takes a few tries sometimes but it really helps when you have to get up out of bed :)
