Ken, thank you. I recently was let go from a company. That changed their mind everyday, would not provide timelines, clear goals, or guidelines. You could get a write up an no pip's even if you asked for them and no timelines on improvent. People dont teach their team to be leaders anymore. They just tell them they need to control their team, meet unspecified deadlines, and goals. I had great parents that taught accountability and true leadership. These leaders are lacking essential tools in their tool chest. A week after I was let go, they layed off half their team.
