@@LawnAmateur 😂 pretty well surprisingly its bouncing back with the increase in temp as of late and i just did a cut on it the other day i have a couple bare spots but your videos are in heavy rotation so I’m looking to have a lush thick lawn so i can run through it barefoot 🦶🏾 😂

Try another brand called Image Southern Lawn but that spectracide purple top does work you may have to do multiple treatments but it can get it done. Don't give up

Yea St Augustine is tricky only use the purple top spectracide on it. On the Bermuda If you need a second application wait 14 days after the first application to reapply. Thank you

🤣🤣🤦🏾‍♂️. More than likely you have a mixed variety lawn of fescue, ryegrass, and Kentucky bluegrass. Keep cutting the lawn regularly, treating weeds, fertilizing and watering that'll improve your overall lawn health. Thank you any questions feel free to ask

Most of the time it depends on where you live. Up north normally cool season grass. South warm season grass with the exception of the transition zones they can have cool or warm season grasses

You can spray this on the lawn about 2 days after a cut that will be fine and if you want your lawn to darken up you have to start fertilizing your lawn. That'll feed it and make it start to produce that dark green look

You can apply this anytime weeds are actively growing. And temps are between 60-85 degrees

Wait 14 days if you need a second application. When you spray the weeds let the product sit on the weeds for 3 days then mow the grass and bag all clippings. That should do it

No, you can't use spectracide on Bahia grass

Surfactants help alot with the killing ability of the weed killers

You want to use Spectracide Weed and Grass killer it comes in a White bottle and a Black Bottle. I recommend the black bottle it will kill weeds for 6 up to months. But white bottle will work fine.

There's really no best time. I spray whenever I get a chance morning, afternoon or evening before sun goes down. Its all about your comfort in spraying. Just make sure there's no rain in your forecast to make sure the product gets to dry on the lawn properly.

I only blanket spray If I have a bunch of weeds. One treatment is pretty much all you need if you do it right the first time. But in case you have really bad weeds a second application can be done 14 days later.

Yea I agree. I actually purchased this spreader for $7 a few years back during the end of the season sale alot of the big box stores have to get rid of lawn products. That's how I buy majority of my products and just store them until next season.

@Dmenace12314 I think the purple bottle can be used on Bahia grass. If you use this orange top on the Bahia grass try it on a small section off to the side to see how the grass reacts to it first. Bahia grass is tricky

@@LawnAmateur I sprayed twice with the hose and it killed all my clovers. The crab grass was still standing tall. Couple hours ago I did a spot treatment with the regular sprayer. I’ll let you know if it works out or if my lawn dies.

Hey LA I just found your channel a few weeks ago and subscribe because you have excellent content which made me realize I have to step my game up, your grass is outstanding 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Now my grass doesn’t look bad and I don’t have many weeds in my yard but i need it looking like yours 😂. I live between two (2) neighbors who don’t put anything down at all but I see a few weeds trying to creep over so I’m gonna try your method with the Spectracide which isn’t sold in New York by the way, So off I go to Danbury, Ct. 45 mins away to make my purchase @ Home Depot. Gonna apply this evening before sundown when it’s a little cooler. I will keep you posted as to my results. 👊🏾
