Basically your videos are the best for one simple reason: you're not looking to sell people something, which is what 99% of other youtube guitar channels are trying to do, and they always leave you confused on purpose so that you buy their courses. Please don't ever change!!!

However if you do put a written course together that takes you logically through all your material, I'll buy that book in a heartbeat as the part that is confusing me is the logical order to learn the material for it all to start to click.

What I'm loving about your videos is that you point out things that seem completely intuitive in hindsight, but that lots of players (myself included) need to have pointed out to them to realize. This has already been invaluable to me.

It’s well known, as the “frying pan/toothbrush method” or “diagonal pentatonic” it’s how you “escape” the box by sliding into the next. Great to use with CAGED understanding the neck.

Another good tutorial video! But for the under accomplished, the Pentatonic with the Blue Notes added (and the sweet notes from the Major scale) is the bread and butter. This will cover 99% of what a Lead guitarists needs in most situations. IMO

The “playing all over the neck” tip is my biggest takeaway on this. I’ve been using the pentatonic scale in major in minor already, but this really opens up some possibilities to slide up and down from low to high that I didn’t have before, all because of that repeating pattern. Thanks so much!

This reallly helped me to think about the modes (despite it being about thee Pentatonic scale!) and the different context to how the sounds work in conjunction with each other. I'm focussing on ear training, and the 3rd part of the video helped me to hear the key change and tones. Thank you so much. Namaste x
