Hello sir, I have bsnl ftth 100mbps plan and I get around 5-20mbps on lan and this has been going on from a month, the bsnl guy does not give a shit about it. What should I do?

Hello this is possible because of router. My router also does not give any speed above 40. But when I connect directly using ethernet to my computer or TV, I get full 100mbps speed. Put an ethernet directly behind the BSNl box and connect it to your computer. Turn off wifi. Check speed. If speed is still not 100, contact BSNL or change service provider.

Solution : It's simple, just migrate to other internet service provider

Not that simple. BSNL is the only ftth provider in my colony. All others provide ancient broadbands.

ऐसे में हम कुछ कर नही सकते क्योंकि bsnl वालो को तार लानी पड़ेगी आपके location तक। उन्हें ये देखना पड़ता है की इतना मेहनत करके उन्हें profit कितना होगा। तो complaint का कोई फायदा नही होगा, आप अपने पड़ोसियों और आस पास के दोस्तो को भी बोलो की bsnl fibre connection के लिए request करे। तब उनको लगेगा की यह बहुत सारे लोग है जो connection लेना चाहते है, और उन्हे फायदा हो सकता है। तब लगा देंगे वो
