In this video I would like to share a great exercise for the spine that could relieve back pain and tightness. It is great for people who have lower back issues or are sitting all day.
It is best to do some light warmup first, especially for the back, knees and ankles. If you have your own routine, thats great. If not, you can follow the below warm-up routine.
