Great job. I woulda cleaned that mess up before placing the new wax ring on it. Ensures a better leak-free seal

That left bolt aint gunna hold.. its gunna slip right out and the toilet will be rocking in no time

Level, shim, and caulk the bottom of the toilet with tub and shower caulking. The bolts just line up the toilet for placement onto the wax ring, the caulk holds it down along with the weight of the toilet and water ECT.
