Apex Detail do you have a “one size fits all” polisher for a weekend warrior and occasional detailer? I have a torqx and it’s not quite powerful enough. I was thinking a 15mm throw for a more general use but would a 21 be better and to also use the torqx sometimes?

Greenie_The _Detailer I can normally 1 step with d300 and the microfiber cutting pad. Even on a 2002 Kia that’s never been polished before had wonderful results. Followed up by turtle wax hybrid solutions coating. Good stuff

Did you guys try lake country pads they have bunch of different pads I tried lamb wool cutting pad with sonax cut Max they work really good.. Im wondering if anyone else had chance to try them out... Btw mister Brian I have to thank you I'm watching your yt channel for a year in that year I learned soo much from you... I got soo much knowledge how to polish how to protect your car and every product review that u posted on this channel helps me to choose which product is perfect for car that I'm working on in that moment... I even get a promotion in my company from experience that I got from watching your yt channel...thank you soo much... You're the best..

I have spent months researching into spray painting and discovered a great website at Magic Painter Method (check it out on google) # deep scratch on car repair cost

This channel is one of the best but chrisfix actually explains things a little bit better when it comes to some of the scratch removal process.... example was doing a wet test to see how deep the scratch is. If it’s just cut through the clear coat and compound, polish and wax isn’t enough to smoothen the lines in the clear coat, you gotta sand it down using 2 different types of sand paper 3000 and 5000.... the. Polish and wax.... If it’s a deep scratch and it is straight cuts into the primer, your only two choice is touch up paint, wax Or get the entire panel to be repainted which is expensive..... apex doesn’t really delve into that.... but I still love these folks content

I agree! The only way you can make it look like new is if you have paint correction work done! People need to understand that us detailers are not magicians we can't make something completely dissappear

Can you please elaborate on what the leveling solution is? And which tool you use to apply clear? Why not just fill first and sand later? Due to light reflection from the rough scratch edges? TY!

@@hraniss google leveling solution for clesr coat..its like paint leveling compound..and you sand first to take out the rough edges and the paint and clear coat can adhere better..
