Even if the bulb doesn't burn out these xenons get dimmer over time. After about 200 hours they lose 20% of the brightness. Best not to wait for the bulb to burn out to replace them. I guess it's kind of one of those things you don't know what you're missing until you change them.

There’s two main low beam headlight bulbs, two high beam, two corner turn signals and two for the halos

I think my ballast is dead too 😢 put the new bulb and nothing, ballast and cover have corrosion so i guess mine is also dead

I bought new ballasts from: www.bavmods.com It’s better it’s only the ballast than the whole headlight assembly haha

Halogen bulbs are different so these bulbs won't work, but removing the bulb should be the same process. I can leave you a link to some halogen bulbs that do work though

sadly you can’t replace the Xenon bulbs from the top on the E92

So how do you replace the actual ballast I can’t seem to figure out how to remove the same plug that plugs into the bulb and the ballast I can’t remove the ballast one

You just pull it off. It should have a little clip on it that you press to pull. If it won't come off at all, then you just need to get a flathead in there and wiggle it off
