Specifically interested in front brake's floating rotor's seized bobbins' cleanup and whether those seized up bobbins can cause pulsating breaking experience at low speeds(mine does while breaking under 15 mph, and no noticeable pulsing when breaking at higher speeds). how often should the caliper, rotor, and pads be changed? i just did my 10k service and the dealer says the rear brakes are worn and i don't have brakes so they wouldn't let me leave with my bike. i've been upsold almost 2k for everything and it sucks that i didn't know better. any input helps

Once you're done with using the brake clean spray, you can remove the latex gloves and have a lot better dexterity. Grease isn't going to hurt your finger's.
