This video is extremely helpful! Especially with trying to find the tube for draining the diesel out of the filter area. Once I watched your video, the whole process took me about 10 minutes.

Also for opening the lid there is a Milwaukee plumber tool for under sink repair it is red with metal ends that fits perfectly I believe it called a faucet wrench

I have upgraded my fuel bowl lid with a Riffraff billet one, also I have placed a fuel line running from the hard line down to the radiator area so I can drain it every 5K and new filter every 10K.

I'll have to check out the billet cap. My truck originally had some non-oem filter with an integrated lid, switched it over to OEM back then. Good idea on the drain tube!

Hi Justin. Thank you for the great videos. They have been an immense help. I'm installing MCS suspension with reservoirs on my gr86 and I'm wondering if you are happy with the placement of the front and rear Reservoir lines? In other words if you had it to do over again would you do it differently? Thanks. James

What size hose do you use for the drain?

A 1/4" ID hose will work, doesn't have to be perfect, as long as it slips over the drain tube.

@@TheBTRGarage Thank you I was able to figure it out and 5/16 worked very well. I also left it there and cut it up, zip tied it to a wire loom to the starter. That way I can easily connect a hose to it and drain the fuel filter bowl to change the filter more often. Thank you for the video.

Thanks for the feedback. Background music is mostly filler for the non-talking periods of the video. I try to reduce the volume a lot when speaking but maybe it's coming in too loud?
