So to be sure you’re at TDC and not at 180 degrees, the crank mark would be at 180 opposite the tdc mark, even if the cam markings show tdc?

Great video. I know this is off topic but I really need help with my 98 NB 2.0 /Catalytic Converter. I was able to remove it but it's to big to pass through the subframe. Do I just loosen the bolts of the subframe just to have enough clearance, do I need to remove it or do I need to cut and weld the darn thing? Btw, I'm also in CA that's why I'm doing it myself cause the Cat alone is too expensive compared to other State.
