Love the pot slap!….and intense stare!…lol

I can't wait til mine get big again like that. I used to live in key largo & had some aloe Vera babies my friend gave me. I put them in 2 planters & they grew so full of babies I was able to use them as a border for my corner rock garden. Then those grew & made that a solid wall of aloe. The babies had to continually be saved from the weed wacker when they started to grow out from that boundary. Well. Then I decided, after 25+yrs,to leave key largo & move back to my hometown of Sandy Pond NY on Lake to be close to my son & his family. So I grabbed some babies from that row & those pots...& now they're in zone 5...I actually had to leave ALOT of my cacti/succulents behind bc they were so overgrown,established,some rooting in ground & growing wild up fence/tree/wooden shed. My staghorn was(is) in same spot for 14yrs...sad to leave that behind too...but my baby from her is doing great too...anyways...back to...I can't wait til mine are that full again❤

Awesome video. But my question is, what do you do when the plant eventually loses all the oldest leaves, leaving the whole bottom of the plant bald with a full and still heavy top? Do you just cut it and hope it roots again?

My potting mix holds too much water and drainage is not good. What shud i add to make it well draining n retain less water?
