Very helpful. The only difference on my 2011 Chamberlain was the small light near the reset button was flashing not the whole garage door light so I had to make sure that it has stopped flashing before I reset the code and everything worked Just the way you said.

Dloes reset the opener? I just want to reset remote. I have several remotes for this opener and dont want to reset them all. If opener is reset other remotes wont work

THE PAD ON WALL INSIDE THE GARAGE ALSO HAS LEARN BUTTON HIT IT TWICE. THE BUTTON YOUR INSIDE PAD FLIPS UP AND LEARN BUTTON IS THERE . AFTER YOU PUSH 2 TIMES GO ENTER YOUR NEW CODE ON OUTSIDE PAD AND HIT ENTER. THATS ALL.
