This video is a progression from exercising breathing control while lying down. It teaches you to exercise breathing control while sitting and is helpful for anyone with a breathing pattern disorder who can achieve a normal breathing pattern lying down. This is the next step in breathing pattern retraining and can be used by people with asthma, long covid or breathlessness.

My breathing pattern is fine until tired. Blood gas tests, when I wake up slightly lower than normal. By tea time my blood oxygen gas test is low.

If you have untrained you're breathing pattern from anxiety or a chest infection or something it's to help retrain normal breathing pattern, having a feeling of hunger for air all the time is the main reason
