Combine and pro day only allow one hand to touch in the transitions as well... that makes a massive difference

When running the 40 when do u know when ur supposed to go from the acceleration too sprint because I see lots of different ways ppl run the 40

Different for everyone. Main acceleration phase is first about 4 steps. Then you have another 4-6 steps depending on size of transition but after step 10 you should be in top end speed posture and position

i ran 4.7 at 290lb and that is not how to be fast. You shuffle the first 5 and crossover the 10 and shuttle and turn the last five.

The top video is wrong my friend. The run doesn't count. The runner can not lean in his stance, back had touches the gound. The timers watch has to start at the first movement of the runner. The bottom runner steps over the line with is front foot, also not a proper run,. Over shoots the run, this shows lack of COD and makes the time slower and his back hand touches the ground. This not a good video to show for proper Short Shuttle tech.
