the right guy uses much better core tension/ bracing. He just produce a lot more force. The left guy just tries to move his limbs fast wich doesn't produce much force if there is no core tension.

Thanks for the analysis. I’m planning on trying to Walk on at Liberty and was wondering if there were any programs I could sign up for to get online analysis of my 40 and some personal online analysis on my own 40 to improve it. Running a 4.65-4.7 at about 230 but I know once I start to cut weight it will go down and by technique has always been awful. Hope all is well.

People with crazy speed is usually genetic. But just because it’s genetic doesn’t mean you can’t be fast

That is literally the title of the video, "the first 10 steps" he wasn't really gonna give "real" tips, just gonna analyze what they did.
