I've been slowly coming to these realizations about looping over the last month or so, but was unable to put it into words how I was starting to feel better about playing Killer. Thank you for this, and for helping me tackle loops I was still not confident about.

For the killer shaq, the survivor can avoid those loops by not stopping, and keep running through the other side of the shaq

You know, most of these tactics are really good against survivors that like to loop. Which is like nearly 90% of survivors *unfortunately, I'm no good with looping, and it works in my favor because many killers expect looping but never expect me to run away screaming like a little bitch instead of looping* Being shook all the time actually saves lives

You know what, this was a really good tutorial. Like, you made things simple, you didn't use "inside baseball speak", you showed examples, and you didn't (as some others do) insult the viewer for not knowing things. Think I'll stick to this channel from now on if I wanna learn something.

I have a few questions and comments. 1. While you did great covering how to deal with the kill shack window, you did not go into detail about how to deal with the palette (and it’s position) and the how it interacts with the window. For example: Let’s say the killer is at the position shown at 3:18 and survivor has decided to stand outside of shack, at the corner near the palette. If the killer is at the position shown at 3:18, then he would be waiting for the vault sound. He hears no vault sound, so he goes inside of shack. The survivor should be able to run to the window and vault inside (although the killer can bait this as it is a mind game in itself). If the killer runs the outside of then the survivor gets the inside window (there is no mind game here so this isn’t as effective as the earlier method). 2. I know that you don’t really do KZfaq videos a lot, but I hope to see more videos like this in the future. It’s informative and nice. 3. If you do make a video in the future similar to this, could you go over and tell us about your opinion on some of the stronger loops (iron works, haddonfield gates, preschool stuff, etc)? Nice video overall, thank you.

damn, here you are revealing all our survivor loop secrets and countering them all. they all make sense though, I do find myself thinking "if only the killer did x i would be so fucked but he's not for some reason" when I loop these. guess we need better strats now

This is a great tutorial for beginners, though the problem with it is now with new maps like ormond and temple there are many new types of jungle jyms and loops which I would love to see in an updated version of this video, but the harder things to deal with as you meet more advanced survivors is how to counter collective tiles, such as an l wall t wall next to a long wall. For example at 8:53, an advanced survivor would have vaulted through the vault in the L wall and cycled back around to the jungle jym pallet or just gained distance to a filler pallet. If possible I would love to see a guide on how to counter advanced set ups, so in my example you would want to go around the long side of the L wall to stop them from cycling back around through the jungle jym vault. I would also love to see you cover how killers can counter specific tiles with their ability, which would show newer players things such as how huntress and demo can dominate at shack if the survivor is inside the shack, how billy can use initial curve to counter the vault in shack, how hag can place a trap on the inside of shack pallet to garauntee a hit if the survivor uses the pallet or window, ect. As I see lots of new players thinking of killers such as hag and huntress as weak, due to their slow movement speed when in reality their abilities just take knowledge and skill. Overall great guide though!

Good video, I’ve seen some rank ones and watch them not know at all how to deal with this stuff!

I really like this kinda style of a really easy concept multiple killers can use and apply. One big question I have about most loops and things concerning pallets: When you get to loops with pallets, how soon should you break the pallet to stop the loop/area safety? I see a lot of people do a lot of dancing and back and forthing and think to myself why not just bust the pallet and go?

Something else that Killers and Survivors often ignore is that you need to be close to the center/to the walls of the loop when you are running it. The closer you are the shorter you are cutting the loop, which can give you a lot of distance if the person chasing/being chased is taking very wide turns.

Now put this on every forum and have people tell you that none of this works against good survivors. We can't win, but we can try. Thanks, Scott. Videos like this are needed, no matter how much they are ignored by baby killers or those that refuse to learn :)

Very helpful video, though I'd figured out a lot of this on my own. Still, a great guide for newer killers, or ones who don't have enough time to learn all these loops.

13:48 Sometimes in Haddonfield, there are also infinite long railing tiny wood with a window, like 10 loops you had to make if you want to kill the survivor who loop that.

can you do this for all the structures in the game as well; especially considering they changed 1/2 of them. Basic loop strats and how to counter. Certain places like Father Campbells and Temple are a headache for me to figure out :3

Ok so what stops them from just going to the other window(L) instead of looping you around the T wall window? And also what stops them from just exiting through the other exit in the shack instead of going for the vault?

General question (and I know this is an old video but it still stands). There's a spot in killer shack at which survivors can stand where they can wait to see if you double back and keep going or come in, that if you double back they don't vault, but if you come in they can still get a fast vault. Is there a way to bypass that, or are you immediately f-ed if they don't mess up, because the only hits I've gotten coming in the way you say is if a person got a medium vault or is standing too far back, but that spot prevents that.

Hey man. Just curious about your opinion on current forhonor. You ever coming back? Have you played allot since your videos on it and if so what are your opinions? New heros kind of broken but they're upping the power of original heros to so it's not to bad. Would love to hear your take on the current state, I still love the game.

With T-L walls, you have shown how to mindgame at the T wall. Is it possible to mindgame at the L wall also? Or is that not recommended?

The first time I watched this, I didn’t remember anything on how to run the loops. But I did pick up how to moonwalk and mind game survivors with my red stain. Now that I’m back it’s time to take it to the next level!

I am strong in every other aspect as both killer and survivor, but when it comes to chases I am very weak. I get lucky most of the time. But I really need to study and practice. Thanks for the video!

At 3:55, I've been in that situation and I do the same thing, but if they are not facing away from the window as Jen was when you came in, the survivor can at least medium vault the window. I must be doing something wrong but I haven't been able to get a hit when they do that. They just hop the window and my lunge whiffs through the window and off they go for another loop.

Any special tips for a survivor running a 3-lane structure? I know the 3-lane structures got heavily nerfed quite a while back, no longer having long walls in the middle, but it is a common structure that wasn't in this video. Mainly because 3-lanes doesn't spawn on MacMillan.

Do you think you could make a video on how to best handle the new jungle gyms on the new map? I handle most jungle gyms well but that map is just frustrating to deal with thanks to those jungle gyms that I sometimes mind game myself at.
