Showing you how to remove poop from every surface like carpet, doors, walls, clothes, blankets, floors, etc. Yeah birds poop everywhere and alot and theres no way around that just part of parrot ownership but luckily it is easy to clean and its not large or stinky (if its stinky take them to the vet) and remember you cannot use chemical products with birds around so you are looking at vinegar and hot water for removal :)

Great video! I keep a spray bottle with white vinegar and water handy with a roll of tissue. I add 3 drops of raw apple cider vinegar with the mother in my birds water. It's good for them and keeps their poop from smelling. Since I got the birds I've been cleaning with white vinegar. It works wonders on windows. I like to add fresh squeezed lemon juice to my vinegar mix and some of the skin for a more fresher scent.

Thank you so much for this. I have a baby ringneck parrot. And whenever I let him out of his cage he just poops all over floor and then it dries up and it becomes hard to clean them. My grandma sometimes scolds me for that 😅 now this is gonna save my life.

@@mimisbirdhouse Yes I'm super excited! Can I ask what pellet you feed your babies and how much they eat each day? Do you feed pellets for breakfast or chop for breakfast?

@@Solanyx i recommend either zupreem pellets they have for conures, or harrison. Both are amazing healthy brands. I give them chop every morning along with their pellets to give them variety but honestly they just go for veggies so if you want just the chop in the morning ☺️ (conures love apples by the way 😂)

Hope it works, but parrot poop and wild birds like doves and pidgeon poop is different so it may or may not work

To me it looks like you have a laminate floor. It's recommended to wash laminate with minimal moisture, typically with a damp cloth that you can't wring water out of. Using a wet brush adds way too much water as far as I understand. I could always be mistaken though. :p

Any ideas about light-colored lamp shades? And also how to keep them off lamp shades? My bird is constantly going on lamp shades and I try to give her other places that are high up to sit but she keeps going for the lamp shades and I cannot get them clean completely clean it's starting to stain

Sadly with birds its a very accept your losses situation 😅 they ruin a lot of things. Depending on the material of the lampshade, if its fabric id try soaking it with a wet cloth that has some dish soap for a bit then grabbing a dry paper towel and pressing it in

I wouldn't use the same brush or cleaning cloth on my kitchen counter where my food is as I do my floor. After I wash the counter, I disinfect it with a clean, disposable cloth.

You can clean them with some warm water, soaking it, and even with some vinegar. Thats what i usually do depending how much i need to clean off the rope :)

Im guessing the couch is fabric. Soak it with a wet paper towel, i rub it with a wet wipe, then press down with a dry paper towel to absorb the excess water

Thats really weird! Are you using a strong detergent? Never hurts to try scrubbing it with some water or wet wips and throwing it in again

Let it dry, dont smudge it or anything, then vacuum it off. If it stuck to the carpet grab the hose suction the vacuum has and scrub it off the carpet with that :)

For carpet you let it dry and it should come out with the vacuum. If there is still a stain then try using a wet wipe, or any wet towel to scrub it off

Is it really! Its available to everyone else 🥺 ill explain the video for you ☺️ Basically cleaning supplies are toxic to them. Use a vinegar water spray in a spray bottle. To make it use 2 parts water and 1 part vinegar. Spray it on the poop, wait 10min and it comes right off! If its carpet let the poop try and it’ll vacuum right off ☺️ vinegar spray works on walls, doors, cages, floors, etc.

LMAO, we do have a good vacuum, it wont work with my weaker one it should be a carpet specific vacuum, but u can try to scrub it out with the vacuum hose, thats what I use when its a bit more tough
