I think it's difficult to find the exact replacement part to do that so I was thinking about joining the two water lines together and bypassing the filter element Will that work?

@@scottbrown8996 I haven’t really. I now keep a plastic container in the produce bin and the leaking water fills it up. Very disappointed in Samsung. They wasted quite a bit of my time then did nothing to help me fix their design problem.

Now I am back for more:) Our 10 y old RF323TEDBSR Samsung refrigerator started leaking from under the filter assembly, I am watching this tutorial and it looks exactly like my fridge, but I think you posted a different model number. Anyways, I typed my model RF323TEDBSR at your web store and unless I add RF323TEDBSR/AA-0001

There is a spout inside the ring for the receiver. I think it should be centered. It is not. How can i make it centered?

What if my waterline broke going in to the fridge and I just need to replace the line? Can I just use a connector? Or do I have to replace the whole line?

@@appliancepartspros it’s broken about halfway through the line. There’s probably a good 2 feet on each side after the break. It’s not broken near or inside the fridge.

If you think you can use a connector then you can try it. There is a universal connector you can try if you want, but I can't promise that it will work. Is there a way to troubleshoot the housing assembly to see if that's what needs replacing? I have recently discovered significant pooling up of water in the Flex Drawer and freezer. After finding no clogs in the defrost drain pipes, I ruled that out. I did change the water filter less than a week ago, following the usual procedure and didn't experience anything obviously out of the ordinary with dispensing water, but I'm now leaning towards something related to that system being the cause, with no idea exactly what. It is a Samsung brand filter and an RF4287HARS model refrigerator. Icemaker was running fine. I currently have the water line turned off and the filter removed. Any suggestions?
