In this Levantine Syrian Arabic lesson, you will learn how to use the Arabic word "marra" (مرة). This word can be used to ask someone if they have ever done something before or to say that you have never done something before. It can also be used to express hesitation or uncertainty.
We will also learn how to use the word "marra" to express a period of time. For example, we can say "marra fi ash-shahr" (مرة في الشهر) to indicate that something is done once a month.
By the end of this video, you will be able to use the word "marra" confidently in different contexts.
Hope you enjoy it 🥰

Another great lesson... It reminded me a lot of my father who was always very dramatic and liked to exaggerate and he was always telling my mother "fard marrah!" or "wala marrah!" You also taught me the word for aquarium which I don't think I've ever come across before... thank you as always...
