Linked mine still doesn't work 😮

I was able to get to the alexa part but then it wants me to sign into a HiSense account from the alexa app and not Vidaa account. When I sign into HiSense accoutn my TV is not on there and there is no way to connect it since Hisense uses Vidaa not their own platform

My Hisense says it comes with Amazon Alexa but when I put the code in to the voice service account it says linking failed, any idea why this could be happening?

Dumb how you have to have the remote and press the button. The whole point of voice control is that you use your voice, not have to find the remote, I would have thought.
