This is to hard for a beginner. I know a easier way. I am a professional too. I have been designing & sewing my whole life. She showed how to make the outside of the pocket not really the inside.

@@dreamscott4270 Um....I also sew and support other youtubers doing good work on the platform. I'm not sure what your point is. I watch a lot of channels and do lots of different things. People on youtube support each other regardless of craft or whatever. You have to be a well informed user of the platform to understand how to make content for people.

The most simple easiest tutorial for beginners💮🎇👏. Even non-English speaker like me got it, although I never understood what you mean by “center front” etc, your finger showed well. I also wish if it was in centimeter.

My tuxedo pattern (costume for hubby) appears to have a 'fake' welt. There is no mention of cutting or pattern piece for pocket inner. Is it possible that I'm correct in thinking it is just for show? Your video is great and makes me think I might make it real anyway. But the least amount of work for this fiddly jacket is appreciated.

Not a professional seamstress just a beginner. I understand what you're saying but it seems like a lot of work. Don't know if there's a easier way to do a welt pocket. I'm going to to practice your instructions hope it works out since I might as well do it the right way.
