Hey y'all! Today I'll be showing y'all how I silk press my fine low density natural hair while achieving volume and fullness. Since my hair is fine and low density it requires special products and techniques. I will also be showing the products I use to achieve silky, shiny, volume, full, straight, frizz free natural hair. I will have all the products I used below in case you are interested in purchasing them. If you follow these step you'll achieve the PERFECT SILK PRESS!
Protein treatments and deep conditioning help restore and strengthen the hair.
Round brushing and blow drying in sections create volume and movement.
Using a wax stick and flat iron helps achieve a smooth and sleek finish.
Preserving the style by using rollers and wrapping the hair at night.

I know. So many black women with super full course longe hair now. I’m not even close never have been. Always been cottony fine thin on top longer and looser in the back. I’d love to get it to her length and volume but can’t after 23 yrs. It’s in better shape now hope I get there. I have courser texture

Hey, I use hard medium / big rollers. No not the velcro. I've been seeing people use velcro rollers lately so I might look into those. I'll do a night time hair routine so you can see the size rollers I use :)

My hair is definitely fine but it’s not thin, I have a lot of hair but every time I straighten it it turns out thin hate it , when it’s in its natural state it’s huge

Same. I have fine, medium density, 4A/4B hair. I know most naturalistas love to wear wash and gos and mini braids but wearing my hair in styles that are in afro state (high puffs, blow dried puff ponytail, mini twists on stretched hair) gives me the most volume.

This tutorial was extremely helpful since we have pretty much the same texture, and I got my hair cut into a bob last month for more body. Can you tell me if you’re using hard or soft rollers at night? I want to roll my hair but I’m afraid it’ll be too tight.
