Another great vid and easy steps! Now I want a taste of it!! On another note I don't want to do my Joe-know-it-all but to avoid that cutting board flying around the table when you trim the fat you can use a wet dish cloth or any cloth. That way you keep your hands safe on that huge piece of meat!

I just started watching your videos. What happened to the Highland? I guess you decided to go big lol! $2k for a grill, serious stuff. Looks like that grill is awesome! I like your video's, very down to earth.

LSG makes a good pit. I had a 24*40 and it was nice but now that I have a Shirley I haven't thought twice about the LSG anymore. I sold it cause the Shirley is nicer. Had to Yoders to and neither compared to the Shirley.
