It's time to say CHEESE! Ever since I got my first smoker I've wanted to smoke some cheese. Today we're finally doing it on the Pit Boss Platinum Lockhart! In this first of a two-part series we'll smoke the cheese and then prep it for cold storage for 2 weeks. In this video I'm using a smoke tube from AMAZEN Smoke Products, sold by Pit Boss.
