Naturally, it would require the UK to be the first safe country they arrived on, and the UK must also be the easiest and most reasonable place to flee to. There’s no way Africans and Arabs fulfil any of these criteria. The only people you can remotely argue are asylum seekers are HKers, since UK is really the easiest place for them to go to, and all of these people arrive by plane. But since according to government they aren’t classified as “asylum seekers”, practically 100% of immigrants aren’t asylum seekers.

It's irrelevant if they are genuine or not, anyone with a brain cell knows they're really ECONOMIC migrants, but they all 'CLAIM' Asylum so they must be processed through the courts, and their excuses usually allow them to stay. I repeat, Asylum seekers are allowed to travel through safe countries, and they can do so without paperwork, that's in UK law!
