Think it comes down to the silhouette as far as clothes go. That defined waist, straight legs, boatneck. Glad she pointed out that hair and makeup make the difference.

This is great advice! It's really can just be a rethinking of how you dress to start off. A lot of midcentury fashion is now considered "classic", so it can totally be about how you style things, rather than going out and purchasing a whole new wardrobe.

I’m a male and very interesting in dressing vintage however it’s quite difficult to find what would suit me. I’m more inclined to the 1950s however I have very curly hair and the greaser cut wouldn’t suit me. Nor their other hairstyles for that matter. Could somebody help me please? Lovely video!

And I would recommend looking for a hair stylist that has knowledge on 1950s hair that way you can learn for yourself what you need for your hair and how to style it yourself

Has anyone noticed that her voice got a lot higher compared to her older videos? I went through a couple of them and I feel like it gradually became higher with her "I'M BACK instagram talk" video. Considering she studied acting it might not be wrong to say she is doing it on purpose. I mean obviously, the high voice is more unique and goes along well with the overall image she promotes. Nice video! :)

i think its more to do with confidence, her older videos shes a lot more reserved and not as bubbly, where as now shes happy lively bubbly and a lot more confident and i think that shows in her voice and its lovely too see the process of someone becoming more confident with being on camera and within her channel and herself seen as she stated in other videos that she used to be self conscious . I dont think this lovely lady would put anything on at all shes too precious

@@lupymelly yeah, I've also seen old interviews with her in Scotland from before she started her career on social media. Her real voice is totally normal and has nothing to do with wanting to sound American or anything like that. Definitely just for show!
