Are you going through something difficult in your life right now? Is there something that you want or need to change right away? 
Here are some ways to start over every day:
Learn something new: No knowledge is wasted, and whatever you learn today might come in handy in the future.
Practice gratitude: Start each day with gratitude, reflecting on what you are grateful for and shifting your focus from what you don't have to what you do have.
Accept change: Life around you is constantly changing, and so are you.
Accept defeat: No matter how bad it is, you can't move forward unless you accept that it happened and you can no longer change the past.
Exercise: Exercise is a great way to start your day, helping open up your muscles and free your mind.
Celebrate small wins: Celebrate the small tasks you've completed and write them down.
Check yourself: Periodically during the day, stop and evaluate what you're thinking. If you find that your thoughts are mainly negative, try to find a way to put a positive spin on them.
