I love how bullies say we are weak for telling people they are bothering us but yet they get all their friends to back them up they also can’t take care of things on their own

I used to get bullied when I was a kid, but not anymore Learning how to stick up for yourself it’s really important 💯💯💯 We’re told to just go tell the teacher and run to authority which is the most coward thing to do🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️

Young men need to understand that standing up against a bully does not mean you will successfully kick his ass. Maybe you will, probably you won't. But winning is not the point. Having the balls to get into the fight is what matters. Sure, the bully may still beat you. Probably will, in fact. But think about the situation from the perspective of the onlookers. If you're a small kid but you step to the big bully? That's instant respect for you right there. Even if you lose. People will still think "Kid may be skinny/fat/ugly/nerdy, but he has balls of steel!". That is where self esteem begins.

tbh i was bullied like 2 years ago because i was acting like a p*ssy , the bullies loved to bully me especially because every times they "bullied" me my reaction was like : " hey stop ! " or "you're mean" or also " Omg dont touch me ! " , yep my reaction was too feminin , but now I've learned from hamza ahmed and after 1 year of workout and character build , they stopped bullying me and gave me more respect

Glad that I never been physically bullied or touch, I always dealt with verbal bullying, I never mind fighting back then and I was just too sensitive to words, sametime my parents always told me, “Let them hit you first” that’s why I never gotten a chance to beat up those assholes, looking back at it, I wished I did the first hit.

Thanks bro. You're right! i was bullied in my last job by a guy that also use to bully others, he was a supervisor and also well in with the head office so his ego was through the roof. Everyday he would come in and push past me, call me names, take the mick out of my stutter and speech, some day i would cry myself to sleep, the more i stood up to him the more he would bully because he knew he was in a much better position with the managers. Anyway the only way he stopped is because one day i just looked at him castrauly and carryed on my work and then gave the guy the silence treatment, for the next two weeks (before he left) he said or did nothing maybe because he knew i wasn't that bothered anymore. I get what you say bro about fighting and not going disagree but i also think most the time for some bullies its ego and they like the fact that they can get in you're head, i think some times its best just to complely ignor them and act like you don't really give a sh*t.
