Just lost my 30 year old nephew 4 months ago, and life just doesn't feel the same anymore... You're right about the feelings of not wanting to let go of the burden because you feel it keeps you connected to them somehow, that's exactly how I feel. I lost my dad at 17, which took me a good 20 odd years to move on from, then my elderly mum 5 years ago but being older and wiser I dealt with it better... but to lose someone in his prime, who embodied the values of Sikhi that we taught him, and who I regarded as my own son has really affected me again like when I was 17. Cherish your loved ones as if it's the last time you'll see them, because it really could be. And tell them you love them as you may not get another chance. As a family we're all struggling with this massive loss, so I've shared this with my family so as it might help at least one of us if not all. Thank you for posting. Sorry for your loss but the problem is some past wounds are so deep they cannot be healed. And when they past cannot be healed it automatically comes in your present. Life is just too tough but we all must go through it

Hello 🙏... All explanation you have given of bani sounds completely logical. I have a question if you can pls help me. I am divorced and i feel need of a companionship. Is this feeling acceptable as per gurbani ? As we are not supposed to long for Maya same way are we not suppose to long for companionship? if your answer is that there is nothing wrong with this feeling than how do I deal with this feeling of loneliness till i have been graced by oneness with a companionship ?

Sir, I am in 🇨🇦 canada, I am alone here, my relationship broke, I left drinking alcohol and non veg, I thought waheguru ji will welcome my decision, but day by day my thoughts are killing me I am not in past and not future, suicide looks easy to me, I don’t I am messed like this

Dear amandeep singh, I have also gone through the same phase when we are not living, we are just surviving, suicide seems easier... 4 months before my situation was exactly like you, no interest in activities, work, study... Etc Suicide is not answer Trust me it will pass.. You can connect, talk with me if you want.

Women's power is not defined by the number of children she gives birth. However thts the physical strength. Women's should not be treated as a medium of just producing children. I am truly blessed of our culture where women's respect is far above. Infact women's are considered to be Devi & Laxmi. Moreover, Power is defined by the deeds & karma one do in their life. Nothing is above karma.
