I would just say what you so ably illustrated - to not be afraid of SPACE! I have a husband that wants to fill up every space. As a consequence, anything he does looks like a packrat's hoard. I still love him madly.

Your antique bowl reminds me of “Vintage Molcajete Lava Rock” traditionally used in Mexican culture to crash spices and food.

Hi Wendy! I used your search term to look through the previously sold items on an auction website. I found stylistically Arvin's find resembles the Michoacan examples possibly in the vein of rattle bowls.

I believe that's a molcajete, it's where they mix spices, however the one you have is unique, different.

Alvin!!!! This is so something you need to continue doing. Watching you style that shelf and explaining why you are doing each step and then reviewing each product is so natural and interesting. I watch all your videos but would watch anything you styling maybe even get dressed with me.
