I absolutely love that you're taking a holistic approach to this. I do most of these things already. However, I suffered two miscarriages last year (before 12 weeks). Hoping this year will be different as I have been treating my body even better. Stress - less, is key.

How are you? I had two miscarriages- one with twins just for months ago. I am praying for a double rainbow for us. Did you get somehing checked or how do you proceed? I checked my thyroid and my iron levels, will check my progesteron as soon as I am pregnant again and also two blood clotting disorders. I am sorry for your loss of your angel babies ❤

Maybe the suggestions are different for IVF post-transfer because I have been specifically told to avoid heating pads and hot showers at all costs 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you're wearing sunscreen which you should. Then yes, sunscreen prohibits the uptake of vitamine D. Learned that the hard way lol

I am originally from Morocco and it's normal there that cold feet are bad for the uterus and getting pregnant. I remember that my mom always yelled at me as a child, that it's not good to walk barefoot and that i would regret it later in life, well she was so right😂. After 1.5 years of trying and warming my uterus for a month i instantly got pregnant that same cycle.

I'm 39 and my husband is 43. We're newlyweds and this will be the first baby for both of us. We "acted upon" my fertility window 2 days before ovulation (didn't plan on it, but we've been low-key ready to grow our family for a while now). Now I'm 6 DPO and I'm already incredibly fatigued, hot all the time, borderline nauseus, breasts tender and sooo bloated. Tempted to take a pregnancy test now, but trying to hold out for at least 5 more days which would put me at 6 days before my expected period. I might even announce my results on my channel, we'll see...

Me and your story are almost identical. Same ages, we just got married and trying for a family too. We both travel a lot for work, but try to be in the fertile window and ovulation together. 2 months ago I was late 5 days, had allllll the symptoms, but it was nothing joyful, just a late period. It’s crazy how our minds can get us to believe. We both went to our doctors and fertility specialist-everything looks healthy. But I’m not giving up hope, it can be discouraging but I’m taking all the supplements these wonderful women and doctors recommend and keeping my faith that I will accept what God grants us and be grateful for it. I pray all women who yearn yo hold their little one in the arms feel this joy soon 💓🤰🏻🤲
