Today i show how to setup Govee smart home lights and sync them to your google home smart device! its super simple really!

For anyone that links it, but doesnt actually see it on google home, check if your lights are wifi lights, mine are H6127 and they turned out to be non-wifi RGBIC bluetooth lights.. aka they cant be connected.

When u log in or sign up plug in your lights it will search for nearby lights then when u see it select it it will pair

I keep logging in and it keeps just saying account logged in successfully but I cannot access it

When it says account logged in successfully I think you need to click back or a x button to go to the app

thank you bro but when i ask my google home mini to change the lights to a different colour or something like that it keeps saying that i haven’t set up my led lights yet but i followed all the steps you did.

For anyone having the issue where the govee lights are connected to the govee app but shows up offline on google home, the following if the fix that worked for me. Govee lights only connect to 2.4 GHz wifi. If you wifi has both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands as a single channel, make sure to split them into bands: 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. Then on the govee app when it prompts you to connect to your wifi, make sure you login to the 2.4Ghz wife instead of 5Ghz. Thats how i got all my bulbs and led strips to connect to Google Home. Plus make sure google home is also connected to the 2.4Ghz Wifi.

My Google home always show my lights on the screen but everytime I try to turn it on it says it can't connect. I've tried everything I've changed wifi I've made sure I'm using 2.5g wifi and I've resented my device. I can't seem to find a fix for this anywhere online. It's always on the home screen but it's never working it's so weird

Hey how do you have all your light categorized into those folders like TV and bed, I can put mine into rooms but it just shows the raw devices

I can’t fully remember, but there is an option where you can group them together In some settings area

You helped me a lot with setting this up but I had one problem and that was I linked my lights and I did see them I could turn them on and everything but when I tell my nest mini to turn them on it just says "sorry I don't understand"

Thanks! I don’t remember 100% where my lamps are from but I think they are from either Restoration Hardware, Blu dot, or crate and barrel

Mine is set up like u say but Google said sorry looks like the light isn't available right now..... 😞 I've disconnected it and redone it and it keeps saying that I can do it by touch through app buy voice won't work.

@@BeckhamWoodYT mine is having the same issue I think everyone I sign in on govee or any other app to try pair with the mini it says there's nothing set up like for example I haven't set anything up on the govee app and that's why it won't connect. I'm not sure what to do as I have my lights and account working?

After you link it the lights should show up if you scroll down then you can add them to a room

Did you check the bottom of the Home Screen? I think at the bottom it shows connected devices that aren’t assigned to a room

That probably is the issue. Make sure that in Germany govee is supported in the google home
