Not even corporate but government offices are also like that.... There is much toxicity, much back Biteing, gossiping about you.... I have personally experienced this.... No one is there for me as a friend... No one wants to support me in this situation even my parents 😢 and upar se aap quit bhi nhi kar sakte to thoda guidance chahiye tha mujhe ispe koi he toh plz share your opinions

Hello friends just read this comment yes toxic environment is happening everywhere now because the reason is everybody wants to succeed in life, everybody wants to get promotion, everybody wants to get that authority and that power so that people can bully others who are less experienced via age or work experience, there is no personal enemity but office culture is such that there is no peace of mind and if this happens wherever we go like toxic co workers, toxic work environment, toxic boss then we must talk to the person politely or one should learn to object on certain issues. If we don't talk and if we bear things then people will start to take us for granted and then you will be a puppet or bakra in the office, so one should learn to raise the concerns in a proper manner by talking to the HR or whoever because yes I know it affects our mental peace and also our productivity Hope this helped

If you are not able to handle, pls leave your company, mental and physical health matters the most for your family than any company, if you don't have a job in hand doesn't matter, focus on your mental peace. Take a break Learn new skills, adapt new technology then find a new job

Almost everyone at some point of time faces harassment & of lately, it has increased too much. The only long term solution to it is to start one's own business. A few of my friends are working on their setup while doing 9-5 since completely leaving job is not advisable in this scenario

There is one person called santhosh sk in mysore wipro. He has been asking sexual favours indirectly for salary hike and promotions. People need to pick his call when he is bored so on. He will be sending facebook request people need to accept else he will create problem for there carrier by false things. And so many more he does. People need to take selfie with him. He is creating slavery kind of thing. People left without complaining on him because they dont want unnecessary dramas so on and even some people resigned without job also And he says HR is also afraid of him and he has his manager support for things he is doing
