*1-1 Mentorship Information: Price & Structure (Maximum Capacity = 20 Clients Per Year)* It's an absolute pleasure to film these KZfaq videos, and I feel fortunate to receive an abundance of meaningful messages every week, but I am unfortunately faced with the disappointing reality of turning away the vast majority of people who want to work together. I have significantly limited availability and can only support twenty people per year because I do not offer one-off calls or drop-in consulting sessions. Twenty individuals might not sound like maximum capacity, but the last few years of teaching have taught me the importance of maintaining tight energetic boundaries if I want to keep uploading these free videos in addition to serving my current clients to the best of my ability in 2024. To minimise confusion and enhance transparency, I've spent several hours writing this ridiculously long comment to help you decide if my Inner Work Mentorship is the right choice for your development & what you could reasonably expect from working closely together. Please take the time to read this service description before contacting me on Instagram… or feel free to stop reading right now if you’re not interested in my fees, session structure, client expectations, etc. ... *READ BEFORE SCROLLING FURTHER:* I'm interested in long-term change and structural transformation, which is why I've never offered one-off sessions. Complex issues cannot be resolved in a few hours, but we likewise need to define an upper limit for containment and collaboration. I've learned that deep and enduring self-integration requires at least four months of immersive effort. Why four months? It's enough weekly contact for us to work through multiple complex issues and developmental possibilities, but short enough to mitigate against unconscious co-dependency and motivational stagnation. I'm currently accepting a maximum of two new clients per month - message me after reading the following section to check my availability. ... *HOW I WORK & WHO I WORK WITH* Unlike other coaches and teachers who take an understandably more relaxed approach to healing and integration, my mentorships are characteristically intense. This is a highly-demanding, high-investment process which requires our consistent combined effort over a period of four months. If we were to start working together, I would reasonably expect you to be excited to show up for a minimum of 10+ hours of self-motivated transformative practice per week (daily reading, fitness routine, creative exercises, spiritual reflection, etc.) while also maintaining full-sobriety (no drink, no drugs, no cigarettes, no vapes). These strict standards of discipline and sobriety are plainly unsuitable for most people in most situations - even genuinely motivated individuals who resonate with my KZfaq videos may not be the right match for four months of structured mentorship. If you want to get deeper, I've noticed that there's a certain type of ‘temperament' & 'timing’ to get the most out of me. I'm interested in alert, creative and purpose-driven individuals who aspire to exceptional standards of self-maturation and would enjoy the feeling of going through week-on-week of progressively stacked transformative experiences for a third of a year: my ideal client is somebody who is willing to bring forward their internal complexity with a sense of courage and transparency with the intention of nothing less than full-spectrum transformation & rapid acceleration on their personal path. I am yet to discover another supportive figure who offers something comparable to this mentorship: a four-month, structured yet flexible 1-1 container which is simultaneously therapeutic, academic and action-oriented; with primary focus placed on tangible improvements in your felt sense of self-knowledge and self-integration; in addition to making consistent and meaningful progress towards your unique goals and mentorship aspirations. I prioritise contact, compassion and accountability, which means that your work never really 'ends' at the end of your session. You can reasonably expect to be fed dozens of customised reading suggestions and follow-on perspectives outside of the formal sessions via friendly and informal messenger contact, where I am active and available four days per week to cultivate an intimate personal connection while likewise enhancing your positive momentum via accountability check-ins and additional support as required. By way of conclusion for what feels like an extraordinarily long comment and service description, I feel compelled to once more emphasise that working directly with me is unrealistic for most people in most situations. I often support people who are accustomed to wrestling with the emotional challenges associated with working through complex wounds in previous therapeutic relationships before we begin our coaching work together. Even individuals without 'hard trauma' can expect moments of pressurised darkness and heaviness during periods of shadow contact as you begin to restructure your personal unconscious. We will be exploring your psyche and soma at scale and depth, and it will be your responsibility to keep me informed about the emotional texture of your internal reality, especially if you encounter negatively charged experiences, and I will of course do everything in my power to support you through the hard times as we integrate the darkness and move forwards together. KZfaq is a wonderful place for me to share free research resources and offer accessible inner work invitations; my private mentorships, however, are the place for collaborative partnership and emotional security as we identify, navigate and restructure oftentimes confronting and challenging conscious and unconscious physical, emotional and mental material. Ultimately, this is a highly-demanding but highly-rewarding process which requires the best of our shared intentions. ... *SESSION STRUCTURE & FEES:* The total fee for an Inner Work Mentorship (including 12 x 2 hr sessions) is £7,400 GBP or approximately $9,400 USD. This is my only coaching programme, and my mentorship pricing is liable to adjustment over time. Each private session lasts two hours, and is facilitated via Telegram video call at an ideal time for both of us. Your mentorship extends over a linear four-month period, with a total of twenty-four hours of structured session time, in addition to four days per week of unlimited messenger availability for accountability updates, voice note exchanges and informal calls upon occasion. I do not work on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays, but I am fully-available across all timezones for regular calls and messenger contact on Thursday - Sunday. If you’ve scrolled this far, and resonate with what I’m offering, I invite you to message me on Instagram. It would be my pleasure to start exploring your goals and intentions in real-time. IMPORTANT: I am an intentionally independent coach, and not a licensed therapist or associated with any professional bodies or coaching institutions, and therefore enjoy the freedom to collaborate with my clients across all areas of life in an intimate, direct and highly involved coaching style. I work with no more than twenty people per year, and am currently accepting a maximum of two new clients per month. I also manage my own inbox and do not use automated systems or employ people to pretend to be me on Instagram, which means that it usually takes four to six weeks for me to respond to new messages and begin the interview process. Although my approach takes time, I hope you ultimately appreciate my personal emphasis on authentic and confidential communication from the very beginning of our relationship. I once again encourage you to message me immediately if you want to start working together within the next two months - bump yourself to the top of my inbox, and I’ll send you some voice notes to get our conversation started.

Brother that was so inspiring. You're adding much more value by sharing this process than by just explaining the theory. It's also comforting to see that you still have those types of things to work on, like addictions. I see that we are all human. I should not hold myself to an ideal of perfection, nor beating myself up when I still have ton of things to heal. Much love.

*INNER WORK ESSENTIALS - TEACHING INTENTIONS & STATEMENT OF DIRECTION* 1) Provide the student with an informed and representative overview of multiple complementary therapeutic modalities to support their self-healing process; with special encouragement placed upon the auto-therapeutic application of holistic healing modalities for particular problems at particular stages in their journey. 2) Nourish the intellectual and spiritual maturation of the student by familiarising them with the most exciting, challenging and credible concepts in developmental psychology, consciousness studies and transpersonal metaphysics; with central emphasis being placed upon comparative analysis of multiple complex theories. 3) Encourage an empowered and more authentic sense of individual self-expression as a combined outcome of the two previous intentions, plus the application of holistic lifestyle principles, self-educational practises, and foundational healthy habits. *EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES (what you'll get from these videos)* *On completion of this series, the student should expect to be:* 1) Auto-therapeutic. The student will feel generally competent in their ability to select and self-administer the most suitable therapeutic modality on a full-spectrum basis: ranging from the somatic resolution of central childhood wounds to the everyday self-regulation of symptomatic stress responses such as anxiety and addiction. 2) Closer towards baseline integral consciousness (Wilber). Through their combined efforts of rigorous self-inquiry and critical engagement with recommended reading material, the student will have significantly developed their intellectual and spiritual maturity to a noticeable degree, in likely correlation with their depth of engagement. 3) Holistically Empowered. The student will enjoy a meaningful expansion of their physical, emotional, sexual, and creative expression as a result of their healing and expansion work. In short, they will be healthier, happier and feel more complete. 4) Self-educational. The student will have felt organically inspired to move beyond free video content and create a self-structured learning arc which takes maximum advantage of at least several dozen inner working books mentioned within the course. The student will consequently enjoy lifelong learning habits including: critical research skills, long-term focus, and the ability to know when to stop studying.

I am almost 30. For the last 2 years, I have only just begun learning about inner healing from past traumas. Psychology, parts work, shadow work, integration has been endlessly fascinating to me because for much of my late teens and all throughout my twenties, I was doing some of these therapies naturally. They would just come to me spontaneously and I would do them- somatic releases through small dance-like motions when I had moments alone, journaling memories and emotions, having INTENSE dream states with revealing stories, closing my eyes to see these other realmly places or moments in time and having dialogue sometimes, intentional breathing, scary dreams with cathartic silent screaming that would jolt me awake, mindfulness practices like reflection of seemingly mundane moments and realizing the greatness of their impact on my life. Every time I find out about another kind of therapy or psychological territory or theory, I get childishly excited because it affirms that in my most vulnerable, broken moments there was so much innate healing occurring at the same time. I am loving my body and mind more and more, and seeing the real desire to want to live and to want to heal touches me deeply; it's hard to describe. Conceited as it sounds, I inspire myself! I want to thank you immensely for what you gave out in this video. As I listened to your words, it was suddenly revealed to me why I have been avoiding a certain creative endeavor. And that is because I used to use this particular outlet as escapism when I was a child when things were unsafe. I think my inner child may have anxiety/fear that I must be in danger right now because this is the thing I want to do. She may be trying to keep me safe, or may be telling me that I AM safe and that I do not need to "escape". Vigilant child, she is. Maybe she needs comfort and reassurance. I will visit her with further inquiry on the topic.

Your honesty and vulnerability in this video is so beautiful. It makes me feel very sad as I am reminded of the society we are a part of where 'exposing' ourselves like this is not acceptable. Eg. I have a very special tree that I visit often near where I live by the river (A river that flows at 90% less than its natural capacity due to the city growing and 'damming' the water for human use 😥) Anyway, sometimes I notice my pace quicken as I approach her because I know I can truly relax in her company and no words are needed. I hugged her the other day but made sure I could not be seen by the passers by who are generally people walking their dogs (would they even be walking by the river if they didn't have a dog? 🤔) Anyway, this fear of being one's true self in front of others because of what they may think is so unhealthy for us, it is beyond words. Anyway, thank you so much and I just had a thought ...You have inspired me to do a video of me hugging the tree (thats her in the background of my picture by the way) Much love and gratitude to you my friend 🙏

Hello. I find your videos very enlightening and the information resonating within me. Thank you for that! When you were speaking to your inner child I could sense anger, disappointment, and sadness in having to witness parental upheaval which cultivated an apathetic safety barrier against uncomfortable situations. Now, with the digital age, we have everyone's issues intrude on our minds and lives. You perhaps are more sensitive to the vibrations of the current state of our world and that feeds the memory of those particular times of your life which results in your scrolling as the escape you desire. We all have done it and some still do it....no shame there. Personally, when I go to bed, I do the meditative shift you showed us but focus on releasing the events of the day. I beg to differ: don't think at all this was neither messy nor confusing. Our habitual way to dig for candied truths out there actually needs some of these bridging orientations. Again, it is an infinite source of amazement to me that, even though this field of study and practices are decades old, our general public recognition of it is nonexistent. I have to say, you're one courageous fella! Very grateful to have that sort of people in my radius of interaction. Thank you for the initiative, resourcefulness and upfront mien. I'm sure no one that follows you would be judgemental in any way, but I get that it's an open space and all sorts of jerks can come here and do their show. Much appreciated for putting yourself exposed like that to construct this framework and help a bunch of seekers. I'd have one request to make relative to this process: I have had a hard time when something I'm afraid of is manifested in the inner sight. For example, things having to do with the sea, deep sea, big sea animals, etc. It's a big issue I don't know where it stems from. Sometimes it becomes very overwhelming, even though we are consciously aware it's just a representation. Any suggestion on how to approach it? Thank you so much again for it all.

Thank you so much for such insightful and considerate feedback, Fran - it’s always appreciated. To answer your question... the way I would approach building the capacity to hold to more ‘terror’ in the interior world would be having a VERY safe embodiment practice before entering into these spaces. Endeavouring to create as peaceful and solid a physical situation as possible. Self soothing is also important. During this video I started automatically self-soothing and stroking my hand when things were getting tense - those kinds of small self regulations can be done without ‘breaking state’. Anchoring us into peace again. Hope this helps.

Hi. Thank you for sharing this most intimate time of your inner working. I just met you here on YT, 2 videos back and I appreciate very much what you bring. I’d been in “church” 50yrs when in 2012, I shifted to this side of the fence. I’ve not thought of myself as being new age, but more the now-age, expanding into more of my authenticity, playing and exploring like a child, this field of personal development and consciousness;0) Viewing the inner children/folk whom I’ve connected with as fractured off aspects of my self, after our intros and dialogue out of understanding, compassion and absolutely no judgment, I assure them how I've grown/ evolved, and how they were instrumental in getting me to where I am…Now, if they would like, we can amalgamate into the One Love, I am. They no longer need to be alone. I open my arms and I sense their relief as they walk into my opened arms, my heart, and we reunite. :) Something pretty kewl happened one of the last times I did this work. At the end of our chat, I'd only just opened my arms, and readying to express the invite, like a spark or flash, they flew/ popped into me. I loled, at all of this, ...so unexpected! All of this is most different to the days in church, being part of healing and deliverance teams, where I rebuked, broke strongholds and cast “things” off. Care to respond? In the meantime, I’ll be checking out more of your videos, esp. the Essentials Group. Again, thank you so much. I’ve a son 34, on disability and still home who is most angry and only sees this mama as a Woo-wooer, hehe. I’ve tried to guide him to look at the idea of the inner child, but maybe, the way you’ve expressed this idea would be more palatable to him. We’ll see. Thank you, again…For now, I will continue enjoying you:)

Jordan- I’m a 40 yo woman, questioning if I’m going thru a spiritual awakening or starting my midlife crisis. I am on the journey as a healer, but feel like I’m not equipped to do the inner work to heal myself. There is so much shit information out there. And since I feel a certain connection to how your mind works, hoping your suggested books are books my dyslexic brain can get thru. I am a hands on learner. I can see it once then teach it. I’m not stupid but reading is an area of learning I could work on. lol Thank you for showing this process. It provides me with what I need to start the process. Not only that, I hear people talk about ‘shadow work’ and no one has ever given me the meaning that you have. I already do this type of thinking, but have never tried to attempt it, since most people are not actually getting the work done. But are just doing the social media bs. Thanks for your strength. You have pushed me in the exact direction I needed

THANK YOU SO FUCKING MUCH for allowing us to hold space with you!! That was one of the most vulnerable things I’ve ever witnessed. I got emotional!! This was so helpful for me. I’ve only had one conversation with an inner child during a meditation and it was by accident! I’ve been searching for any idea on how to get back to that child. I'm on an awakening journey and realized I have so many repressed and unidentified issues I need some kind of therapy for. I've been on a Bernardo Kastrup trip listening to all his interviews and listened one about his book on Jung. I am an old nurse and remember in the 90's when I took mental health and psychology courses Jung was "out there" and look how his "out there" therapies stood the test of time!

Thanks for showing me what shadow work is. I had heard of it from others online. It reminds me of how I used to voice my dolls/action figures when I was young. I truly had some good dialogue going on then. I had trials in my childhood as well, but I felt them harder than my brothers. I told my little brother “if I ever get away from home, I’ll never come back!” He begged me not to say that. Of course, I don’t go home very often now. It’s painful, but I make an effort to call the parents every weekend now. Now, that’s some shadow work! LOL

Hello, Jordan. I have been listening to your videos on shadow work, father complex, inner healing, etc. every chance i get for several days, and i consider them all time well-spent. Would you believe i take notes and listen until the end of nearly every episode? I heard you describe this video as "messy" and the like several times, but i didn't see that at all. I saw a strong and courageous man allowing himself to be made vulnerable and transparent for the benefit of others. I saw an equally courageous and altruistic man willing to model a very raw process so that his viewers could learn to do the same. Thank you, sir. I believe we can all relate to the plight of your inner child. We are all on your channel so that we can make sense of and reconcile our *own* shards. Thank you for bringing us all together, and for championing this small army of light bringers. I hope you feel the love and admiration radiating from your crew. I would appreciate more videos like this, although I recognize and honor that the lack of structure may horrify you.
