I had the craziest experience w/tapping one time. I didn’t really have anything pressing that was bothering at my appt. So, my therapist and I started with issues w/my dad. I was fine, fine, fine, then I tapped on the next spot and BOOM! Tears poured out like a deluge! It was spontaneous and I blubbered. The dam burst and flowed for about 10-15 minutes. One of the most amazing things that I have ever experienced. I walked out of her office standing taller with a great sense of calm. This stuff is powerful!

I’ve watched about six of these tapping demos today. I’m not sure tapping works for me, but your demo is the least condescending, most inspiring and pleasantly presented thank you.

The time is 5.15 pm. I have heard about EFT tapping just half an hour before, and I was searching for more about it on youtube. I am watching this video right now and following the instructions on how to do it. I remember I was suffering from a headache since I had my lunch in the afternoon. And it's gone..! no symptoms of headache. Wow.. It was a miracle. Thanks a lot.

If anyone else is skeptical: I'm diagnosed with Generlaized Anxiety Disorder and I also have Fibromyalgia and basically I've been experiencing a bad batch of symptoms lately. Tension headaches galore, grinding my teeth in my sleep, chewing the inside of my cheek, sticking my tongue to the roof of my mouth during the day. :/ It hasn't been fun. In saying all that, my therapist has been working with me on ways to help me out of my anxiety/dissociative cloud. Since I have Fibromyalgia-which is a chronic pain disorder-deep pressure and massage is something I was reluctant to partake in. I randomly saw this and did the whole practice and it actually helped me to calm down and step more so out of that heavy anxiety cloud. It also didn't hurt me. So win win. I will certainly be putting this into practice and talk more about this technique with my therapist. Gonna try the affirmations with it next. Thank you!

Tapping has gotten me through some terrible times in my life. I love Jessica’s voice. 🧘♀️ it really works. How many times when we get bad news do we put out hands to our hearts. Our heart area stores our emotions. This tapping releases negative feeling!!

I'm a Christian Family Therapist and gradually learning about EFT and it's application. For people with deep faith, having done a "round" of acknowledging and possibly a round of positive statements, do you see anything wrong with doing a round of prayer petitions?

Is there any importance why are you always tapping in one side, with one finger??? I would feel the most comfortable to tap with two hands, symmetrically on both sides. Is there anything wrong by tapping symmetrically on both sides, with both hands in the same time???

When moving to the different areas to tap you were saying the name of the area before your statement….is that necessary or can I just tap and say the phrase?
@TheTappingSolutionChannel3 жыл бұрын
You do not need to repeat the name of the area you're tapping on, just the statements. We just say the name of the area so you know it's time to tap on the next locations.

@@TheTappingSolutionChannel I was searching for meditation videos and I just found out about your channel. I have just started tapping for about a week now. With that I have noticed some change but not much. It might be because of some health issues. However hopefully in time I will notice some major changes.
