Definitely good advice, especially if you're trying to get an original game. Do the fakes still play like the original or do they not work/are worse than the original?

usually they can be worse, due to how cheap they are. Sometimes they just dont hold saves for example

Thanks! Glad you found it helpful! These newer fakes seem to be better quality than older ones, but traditionally, fakes only seem to last a few years, saves go corrupt, and frequently there are parts of the games that you can't get past.

Just looking at the pins should be easy, the fake is bright and solid. Why would anyone fake these, there are so many more expensive games to choose from.

I've been wondering the same thing. There are so many games $100+ out there, but some of these counterfeiters are making fakes of the $10-20 games! lol

@@gumptendoyeah, if they were only doing Dinosaur Peak and Little Samson, as long as it works and is labeled as a reproduction, I would buy it because the originals are overpriced. Once they are doing Excitebike and Metroid, that is when I get extremely mad.

these days, if someone doesnt allow you to look at the board inside, just pass. Unless you dont care, realistically they work just fine and technically theres no reason to own them other than for the "authentic feel" But like in the video usually the bootlegs have some pretty bad labels, which i care about. Ive seen some bootleg'd Uninvited games where the label is weirdly red tinted.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Those Wisdom Tree games are all so entertaining. Not good or anything, just fun because how terrible they are. I'm trying to get a copy of Super Noah's 3D Ark, then I'll do a video just on that company.
