Thanks for your valuable comment! Indeed, the 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test (IFT) has become an extremely popular and important field test for the analysis of many athletes and footballers. What we showed here is a one test from many which is simple and can be applied easily for kids, youth and adults with different experiences (beginners and pro) Another video explaining and talking about the 30-15 IFT test will be considered for sure! Do you not mean aerobic capacity...? therefore with oxygen. Anaerobic is without oxygen and therefore the muscular system. Aerobic is the cardio vascular system.

I think it's about anaerobic metabolism. When you are exercising body switches to anaerobic metabolism which causes accumulation of lactic acid which can cause cramps

Just as a car relies on a battery for ignition and gasoline for sustained movement, the body utilizes glycogen stored in muscles to initiate activity, yet it requires a continuous supply of oxygen to prolong it. Activities that don't rely on oxygen are termed anaerobic, while those that do are referred to as aerobic. For aerobic training, players must maintain a pace that elevates their heart rate to over 130 beats per minute, repeating this regimen three times a week. In terms of Anaerobic Fitness, football demands repeated bursts of intense exertion, necessitating interval training to cultivate this aspect of fitness. Interval training involves altering work-to-rest ratios to optimize performance and avoid the accumulation of lactic acid-a by-product of vigorous exercise.
