The first injector was atomising just fine but you can see by how fast the needle dropped and by fuel coming out the top of the cap nut that the backleak is just far too much. Testing the 3rd injector with the new nozzle proves that. Wont be too long before that first injector causes a problem.

If there is any fuel coming out the return during a hand test the nozzle is worn beyond repair! Nozzle is stuffed!

No fuel is expected to come out of the return port if the nozzle is in good order. Kindly order replacement nozzle if you noticed such. other causes maybe 1 maybe you return valve plug or seat damage, please check the seat and confirm okay 2 the nozzle is not properly align or the cover is not priperlyi stalled. Check and cotrect as needed
