Coach I have a 7v7 flag tourney coming up up next Saturday is there any drills or something I can do to get ready for it?also one more question how can I be shifty at the top of cuts so I can just have the db lost and can beat him every time just tell me 3 things I can add to be more deceptive at my cuts and breaks.

Step harder, turn your belly button to the side of the direction you are cutting and cut on the ball of your foot first don’t strike heel first

Keep doing what you’re doing and working on your routes, releases and catching. Just have to be consistent. If you’re truly working the progress will show
