Done. She couldn’t answer. Fun fact is i couldn’t do it myself (saying what i really liked so much about her)! Because she was of course only focused on herself…and i was in a trauma bond…it felt like being hypnotized: i could see all the strange and “off” things about her, but i felt almost obsessed by her nonetheless. What a nightmare!

I asked ex that… and he had no answer. That was decades before we had understanding beyond being very selfish. Now I understand so much more.

Yep! He couldn’t answer… Along with ignoring me when he ran into people he knows at the grocery store ect. won’t introduce me. And having in depth conversations with others like I wasn’t there, won’t include me in the convo.

My ex had a list of things that he liked about me...but he still ignored me. He only wanted things his way...which meant I practically needed to be a "single but married" mother most of the time, until he wanted my attention.⚠️

Ask them to describe you as a person. That's what therapists do with them. Normally an npd will not have a detailed objective description of a person they will instead have a caricature of a person.
