You fall in love with an illusion. Because a narcissist is an actor... You never get to know the real person behind the multiple masks they show you. I wouldn´t write that he or she is a monster but a very disturbed human-being (very ill).

Zen as a philosophy can apply to religious beliefs or nihilism. Words and labels are appropriate, yet still meaningless. "Is Ben still Ben without Ben?"
