Thank you for posting this. I was able to repair one of two Wiimotes (with Motion Plus) by following your method (details below). The second Wiimote showed battery continuity and the fuse appears to be good. Any ideas what else could be wrong with it? The problem with the one I repaired was a crusty metal to metal connection causing a dropout in continuity on the negative battery terminal that’s soldered to the board. The terminal has two parts: the L-shaped piece that’s soldered to the board, and the removable spring section that slides into the L-shaped piece. The points where they meet were gunked up, so I cleaned them and added some dabs of solder to the connection points, and that restored continuity from the spring all the way to the board solder joint. Also, an L-shaped plastic spudger was essential for prying the case apart

Only the arrows work on my Wii remote ..it since but nothing else works 😞

Please how do I bridge a fuse? I couldn't see because of camera angle and distance. Do I have to take off the fuse piece, then there will be solder pads that I connect by using a wire or a lead from another component? Please help

I have 2 wi remote 1 normal ,1 motion one but none of them have the same layout. I did fix them both but random wire them :). Cant find F in the pcb like u mention
