Hello, I have two IG20 Cameras, which I can view via HiCamPro on Android - no problems. I have downloaded HiP2P-Client from your website to view or store footage on PC, but the video of the cameras are on-top of each other and completely distorted and pixelated. PLEASE MAKE VIDEO ABOUT SETTINGS ON PC - thank you

Would it be possible to explain the different zones of captivity of the camera (zone 1 2 3) ? can we defy the coverage of ex:(zone 1) while the camera is pointing in 1 direction ? then move the camera and defy (zone 2) and the same for (z3) ? If not, explain in detail what is possible and what is not...

If i could only go back to the first installation foremat where the barcode is scanned that worked a few time's but not allowed when a account is opened for some reason

Hi, I am trying to install a camera in a spot that has no wifi. I have a 512gb card in my camera and can't figure out how to get my camera to just continue record in case there is movement

Check if this large card is at all supported. You may preformat it at supported size, I believe.
