Question I ordered the eco tune and am at the tune selection page but when I click on stage 0.5 file it pops up checkout and not continue. Any help would be appreciated

So if I’m understanding right if you buy stage 2 you will get 1 and .5 included to I don’t always wanna run tune 2 would like to get some nice economy with .5

When FlashZilla intially connects to my device and tries to update it, it keeps making me download an "IDS INSTALLER" 3.0 file but never applies it or allows me to get into the program. What am i doing wrong?

DSG support is only available with some TCU's via FlashZilla/Powergate. You should confirm with our support team to make sure it will work for your vehicle.

How do I locate my ECU code? I've a 2015 VW sportwagen TDI. The engine code is CRU.

I have a 2002 alh but it keeps saying error cannot obtain stock file i already have a stage 1.5 and am trying to go to stage 2 but i cannot pull my ecu/tune files. I didnt previously have the tunezilla prior to this just the car tuned by a shop. Any tips?

Mk4s can be finicky, if you have an aftermarket radio you'll need to unplug/pull the radio fuse. Most aftermarket radios use the main ECU Kline wire for switched power. If you're still having issues, head to over to tunezilla.com and open a ticket. Our support staff will be happy to assist you from there.

If you bought a stage 3, you would receive stage .5 stage 1 and stage 2,

Great video! My Jetta TDI was tuned before I got it, I purchased Malone stage 4 and running into the invalid file problem. When uploading tuned files to zilla tool, Should I use the tunezilla stock file instead of my download stock file I sent in before I apply the stage 4 tune? If so can I add the egr delete & high idle to the stock tune when I upload it? Thanks for your time 🙂

Yes they do work, I had a kerma tune on my car when it was emissions intact and now I'm moving to this company. Dyno verified.

is instatune trustworthy? I just buy the delete kit and upload the tune? My engine wont blow up? wanna hear it from someone whos done it. I got the rawtek delete kit.
