Are you interested in giving our free course a try, but you don’t exactly know where to start? You’re not alone, and this video is for you!
A good place to start is by reading most of the pages on our website freehebrew.online . We’ve designed our site to help everyone understand the science behind our teaching methodology, and why Hebrew is important. It’s good to have a firm foundation before you start by answering some of the questions we talk about on our website.

@@AlephwithBethAnother good app for studying is Sefaria. You select the word, and it gives the meaning and their root, also the commentaries. I don't have resources, but my idea was creating a New Testament at the same level of Sefaria.

I’m an ex nun. I pray you will realize that Catholicism is built on lies and NOT TRUE CHRISTIANITY. They teach complete opposite of what Yeshua (Jesus) said. They are an antichrist religion. I pray you will find out. No excuses now. I found out by research and of course being a nun at one time!

I definitely made the mistake of trying to get through it when I was starting to learn Greek. I figured it would be something I did for a year or two, and then do the same for Hebrew, and then I would be good. When I realized that wasn’t the way it was, I began to take it much more slow and consistent, and jumped into Hebrew as well, because I figured if both were going to be lifetime pursuits, the sooner I jump in to both, the better! I’m still pretty early on in Hebrew, but I think it’s going better than Greek was at this point.

Estou me divertindo muito aprendendo hebraico. Quando estou orando ao GRANDE DEUS arrisco pronunciar algumas palavras em hebraico; e tudo isso aprendi com o excelente método de (בת ואברם). אמן ואמן הללו-יה

Thank you for this introduction. They are tov meod. I began watching from lesson 1, but only discovered the game reviews and other resources after completing the 6th chapter. Although I have a Master's degree in Hebrew with a focus on traditional grammar textbooks and exegesis, speaking the language has been a challenge for me. Your videos have been very helpful in improving my spoken Hebrew skills. I also teach biblical Hebrew at a seminary and I am now recommending your resources to my students and colleagues. I have completed chapter 10, and your creative presentation of the content is admirable. I am certain there is much more to learn as I progress. Shalom.

I've been reading along with an audio rabbinical recording of the Torah. I've been through Genesis twice now and the first thing that hit me is how Hebrew words change depending on gender, plurality, definite articles, and where the word appears. It's not just simply learning vocabulary and swapping out English words. Grammer seems to be a necessity. I've been at this since 2019 and still have a long way to go. Another thing I do is listen to Israeli music and read artists Facebook posts and such. I know there's a difference and maybe it's more than I should take on but I know I want to learn both.

I started learning the traditional way in 1981 via correspondence with the University of Wisconsin under Menham Mansoor. It was an excellent way for the times. However, I too pictured an inductive learning situation in which students learned in a conversational way. I am glad to see several programs teaching this way. However, I have found your program to be the very best I've come across as you've been able to adapt the conversational way to the Internet. It would be even more effective to have some sort of venue in which students could interact verbally with the material (repeat and show correct/incorrect responses), or even interact with each other using a Zoom-type application. This would probably have to be done only by a paid subscription.

I'm so glad you've found our material helpful. :) We do have Review Quiz videos for the lessons to help students verbally respond to questions (which are followed by the reveal of the correct answer). You can check out those quizzes here: kzfaq.info/sun/PLq1vmb-z7PpQ0JiZzzpKTunYfntGP81kT We also have interactive quizzes that accompany our lessons which are available on the following website: hebrew.bibleling.org/#/14

Ok, I think I am in the right track. First, I watch the videos a couple of times, them I start to watch again but following the script. Because I study Hebrew before for 2 years, some the words I already knew, but other no and seeing how Bet is putting together singular and plural, male and female in a very simple way to understand was great!!! I could recognize a lot of the grammar that I already had learned but never internalized it. It's hard when you work with an Israeli and another Jew that know the language but can't explain the grammar properly. Thank you so much for everything that you are doing for us, helping us to learn and understanding the Bible. Can you recommend any audio Bible in Hebrew that I could listening many times to try to internalize the pronunciation??? Shalom

Il santo ebraico è la prima lingua al mondo, l' unica santa. Dalle lettere derivano tutti i numeri, le forme geometriche e tutte le cose. Tutte le altre lingue del mondo sono sporche, lingue di babel, della dispersione. Non importa quello che dicono i miscredenti pagani con le loro favolette sulla scrittura, tutte le lingue derivano dal paradigma ebraico, amen. שלום

Yes Bible translation is important to get the TRUTH OF SCRIPTURE. I’m an ex nun (raised Catholic) but I am Jewish, won’t go into it now, but Catholicism is evil and built on lies and translated the TRUE SCRIPTURE WRONG! They tell you lies like Peter was the 1st pope???!! What?!!! He was Jewish!! As was Yeshua! But only those who truly want to know the truth will truly seek it as Yeshua said!!!!
