In this video, Azalea explains how to use direct object pronouns in Spanish to replace nouns - which is commonly done by native speakers!
Direct object pronouns are a key part of Spanish grammar and they’re used in everyday conversation. Here are just a few of the pronouns you’ll learn in this lesson:
Me - “Me”
Nos - “Us”
Te - “You” (informal)
Lo/La - “You” (formal, masculine/feminine)
Os - “You all” (informal)
Los/Las - “You all” (formal, masculine/feminine)
When forming sentences, Spanish direct object pronouns go after the subject but before the verb.
They can also be attached to the end of a verb if it’s in its infinitive form. For example- Ana va a adoptarlo, (Ana is going to adopt it).
